With the 16th pick, the Washington Redskins select...Ryan Kerrigan, defensive end, Purdue
Gruden likes it...OK then. Take that for what its worth.
I have to admit, this kid was not on my radar when we were doing our scouting here at Caputo's Corner. However, it looks like he's got a motor. Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year in 2010. Not bad. 1st team AP All American. Even better. 14 forced fumbles in 2010 put him in a 4-way tie for the national lead in that category. So he know's what he's doing when he's tackling. As they say in New England, let's go to the videotape (especially like his sack on Terrelle Pryor...take that Buckeyes).
I think I could like this kid. Bookending the line with guys like this kid and Brian O-SACK-po, I think we could be wreaking some havoc in opposing backfields this year. Now, all we need is an anchor nose-guard not named Albert................
One question: What happens at quarterback?
ReplyDeleteNo friggin' clue. Maybe we make a play for Ryan Mallett in the 2nd Round. Either that or we pay McNabb. I'm assuming the attitude at the park is Grossman is not the answer.
ReplyDeleteBut then again, it's bad to assume........
I'm pretty sure "Chainsaw" Dan Snyder has no compunction in making an ass out of you and me.
